Personal Training Norwich -John meets Dorian Yates

Hi , I was fortunate enough to get to meet Dorian Yates on Saturday . It was great to meet him in person. We chatted about his new line of supplements and training. It is nice to meet a man that has achieved so much and so approachable.

I am currently reading his book and its a great read. Take Care
